Amazon Associate disclosure
When Amazon recommendations are published, the Store will state: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.” The disclosure appears near the recommendations, and each button is an outbound sponsored link. Film Assist, LLC may receive a commission when a qualifying purchase follows one of those links.
- Following an Amazon link does not create a Your Baby's a Genius order or membership entitlement.
- Amazon controls its price, availability, checkout, fulfillment, returns, and customer service.
- Our aggregate click count does not prove that an Amazon purchase or commission occurred.
How recommendations are reviewed
An Amazon item begins as a Draft in the Products and Fees workspace. Publishing requires an original description, age guidance where relevant, safety and supervision notes, a valid tagged product link, editorial confirmation, and current-password approval. Archived recommendations are removed from the public Store.
- Compensation does not establish safety, suitability, effectiveness, or value.
- Amazon customer reviews are not copied into our editorial recommendation.
- Current prices and availability are confirmed on Amazon rather than manually represented as stable facts on our Store.
Other material relationships
A sponsored article, provided product, paid creator relationship, referral arrangement, or other material connection must receive its own clear disclosure near the affected content. A general policy page does not replace a disclosure that families need at the recommendation itself.
