What family support could make possible
The purpose is not to create another vague giving button. Each approved support path should connect to something families can understand and the project can report.
How we intend to protect family trust
Support should never purchase a favorable claim, hide a material relationship, or pressure a family into sharing a personal story. Eligibility, privacy, distribution, and recognition practices need to be clear before a program opens.
- Collect only the information needed to administer an approved program.
- Explain fees and the amount that reaches the stated purpose.
- Separate editorial decisions from donor preferences.
- Report progress without exposing a child's or family's identity.
What must be finalized before giving opens
The receiving entity, charitable or non-charitable status, tax treatment, payment provider, fees, receipts, restricted-use rules, refund handling, allocation method, reporting schedule, privacy terms, and responsible program owner all require approval.
